Tasks

-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information. -Deliver occasional after-hours support as needed. -Support system installation and commissioning at client sites. -Provide in-house and on-site training for customer operators. -Configure, install, and troubleshoot PC/PLC hardware, software, and customer networks. -Design, program, and implement automated control systems for a variety of industrial applications. -Maintain a regular in-office presence. -Collaborate with engineers, designers, partners, and clients in a team-oriented environment.

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Travel up to 35% for system installations and plant start-ups, including potential overnight shifts. -Excellent organizational skills and mechanical inclination. -Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects -Associate degree in Computer Studies; Instrumentation and Controls; or equivalent combination of education and experience -Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite required
