Tasks
-Analyzes workload and skill sets of Planners/Field Techs and assign work to the most appropriate resource in Design Manager; bundle for Field Tech; update Planner folder in Sharepoint. -Set-up and administer SharePoint sites to organize, share, and protect information, including maintaining all vital reports and updates to leaders. -Reviews and validates work order completion. -A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. -Maintain a safety conscious work environment. -Analyze scope of work to appropriately assign to planners or field planning technicians in Design Manager and update information in SharePoint. -Responsible for checking daily for any new Service Requests (SRs, MSRs) or Work Orders in Design Manager; contacting customers to clarify scope, timeline, and specifications. -Verify new service requests, work orders, and contact customers to clarify scope, timeline, and specifications daily -Interface with the Planners and Field Techs to ensure that the project's status is up to date and accurate, including providing a report out to leadership of progress. -Reviews work order management data and weekly project status reports for completeness and accuracy and make updates and corrections as appropriate, including tracking of projects with appropriate system tools. -Responsible for checking if existing notifications/SRs are existing on same or nearby structures, using in cGIS; analyze scope of work and define, based on standard guidelines, if the work should be assigned to Planners or Field Techs.

What You Bring
-Experience with Project Management support. -Experience working with scheduling software. -Experience working in the electric utility industry. -Experience using data visualization tools, to support efficient planning. -Experience with SAP. -This position requires testing and applicants who are identified to continue through the selection process will be invited to test via email. Reference our Information Guides for the following tests: SCE Excel Test (MS 365): Test #4118. Candidates who have previously passed these assessment(s), in some cases, may not need to retest again for this position. -Experience with Customer Service. -Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. -Analytical experience using Microsoft Excel to perform advanced functions such as VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, filtering/sorting, charts and graphing.

Benefits
-This position is eligible for a location-based incentive. Incentive is offered if commitment is made to work on-site and to remain in specified work location for an agreed-upon timeframe. -This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs. -This position has an option for a 9/80 Alternate Work Schedule or 40hrs/5 days a week.
