IT Endpoint Engineer

Overview

Design, deploy, and manage modern workplace endpoints with Intune, Jamf, and automation.

Tasks

-Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for operational support teams -Manage MacOS endpoints using JAMF -Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies in Intune -Work closely with security, networking, and service desk teams for effective endpoint management and troubleshooting -Maintain and update Windows Autopilot profiles for device deployment -Manage patching processes via Windows Update for Business, Microsoft Autopatch, and Azure Update Manager -Deploy and manage applications using Intune, Patch My PC, and other modern deployment tools -Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate endpoint management, deployment, and remediation tasks -Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for device lifecycle management (Windows, iOS) -Implement and support security baselines, device compliance policies, and endpoint protection mechanisms -Ensure application, patch, and device inventories are accurate and up to date

What You Bring

-3-5+ years of experience in endpoint management, systems engineering, or a related IT role -PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks -Bachelor's degree in technology-related field or relevant certifications -Experience with Azure services or hybrid cloud environments -MacOS management with JAMF and/or Intune -Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint management projects -Significant hands-on experience with: -Operating system and application patching (Windows Update for Business, Autopatch) -Fast learner, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving technologies -Solid understanding of device lifecycles, deployment, and modern workplace best practices -Operating System Deployment and Device Provisioning (Autopilot) -Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams -Microsoft Intune for device and app management -Microsoft certifications -Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills -Modern app deployment frameworks (Intune, Patch My PC)
