Tasks

-Manage quality of construction and adherence to scope of work for system performance. -Ensure solar project commissioning is 100% complete and accurate before issuing approval to internal finance teams. -Issue deficiency notices to installs with commissioning errors. -Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement. -Proactive fleet management for all systems in service, to confirm performance and monitoring expectations. -Update CRM, fulfillment portal, third party financier portals and various other business tools. -Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best-practices.

What You Bring

-Ability to read solar plan sets. -Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment. -Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present regarding management, vision and strategy in internal and external forums. -Experience working in Construction, Roofing, Solar or Electrical -Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced work environment as well as accept and learn from feedback quickly. -Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience including 1+ year of experience working with one or more Solar OEM inverter and Battery installation and commissioning procedures. -Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. -Detailed analytical thinker with impeccable attention to detail.
