Tasks

This role is pivotal in ensuring the technical alignment and quality of multiple projects within the Commercial Operations Group. The individual will be responsible for designing solutions that adhere to established architectural standards and processes. By leading the technical implementation from design through deployment, this position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. - Develop high-level and detailed technical designs for solutions to satisfy business requirements. - Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of solution implementation, including application, database, security, and infrastructure deployment. - Ensure high-quality delivered solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into operational support models with limited risk. - Collaborate with vendors for service delivery and evaluate new technologies for implementation. - Pursue solution and operational enhancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Adhere to architectural processes and standards while contributing to the development of new standards as needed. - Ensure regulatory and security compliance for both new and existing solutions.

What You Bring

- Creative Problem Solver – Focuses on improving practices and results by being open to new ideas. - 10+ years of related functional experience. - Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - 3+ years delivering enterprise technical solutions aligned with business objectives. - Effective Communicator – Conveys information strategically, honestly, timely, and respectfully. - 3+ years architecting end-to-end technical enterprise solutions. - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Open to both Denver, CO & Minneapolis, MN - Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or FEAF is a plus. - Familiarity with workflow management practices and tools is a plus. - 3+ years developing technical solutions using stacks such as MEAN, LAMP, or Microsoft .NET. - Collaborator & Partner – Works effectively with others towards shared goals through cooperation and joint problem-solving. - Background in the Energy or Utility Business is a plus. - Continuous Learner – Ability to develop skills and knowledge effectively while adapting to workplace changes. - 6+ years of work experience, preferably in a nationally or globally distributed organization. - Experience with server and network configurations is a plus. - 3+ years SQL Server experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS) such as Oracle or MS SQL.
