-Commission editorial and manage relationships with external contributors -Represent realcommercial.com.au at industry events and act as a spokesperson -Lead the creation of compelling commercial property journalism across realcommercial.com.au -Harness key audience levers to grow the digital content audience -Maintain and develop the content calendar and WIP documents -Curate content on-site, App, and Apple News channels -Lead the development of commercial news eDMs and omnichannel marketing activity -Upload and manage delivery of content through our CMS -Co-ordinate, sub edit and build in-house and external contributor copy -Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders -Write news stories and ensure all content published is timely and accurate

What You Bring

-10+ years of experience in editorial content production -Demonstrated ability to write, commission and edit consumer-focused content that provides analysis of current market and economic conditions -Melbourne or Sydney Based -Ability to interpret data to tell a compelling story for consumers -Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of best practice SEO content production -Sound project management skills. Proven ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. -Proven ability to shape and drive content strategy that delivers business objectives -Expertise in CMS (WordPress preferred) -Strong background in news/property/economic/business reporting and editorial planning -An understanding of concepts such as website tracking, analytics and technical concepts
