Tasks

-Liaise with on-site sales teams to coordinate viewings and handovers -Manage and respond to inbound enquiries across multiple developments in a timely and professional manner -Build rapport with potential buyers and provide exceptional customer service -Qualify leads to understand buyer requirements, budget and timelines -Match prospects with suitable developments across the portfolio and convert enquiries into viewings -Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and track lead progression -Report on lead conversion rates and provide insights to support marketing strategies -Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales journey -Work across several exciting developments coming forward, playing a pivotal role in the sales pipeline

What You Bring

-Based in contemporary head office environment -Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend commitments, based in contemporary head office surroundings -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple enquiries -Professional telephone manner and customer-focused mindset -Previous experience in a sales, customer service or lead qualification role within real estate -Confident using CRM systems and technology -Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone -Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail -Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend requirements

This role has been created to support the business's growth as they bring forward several new developments across their portfolio. You'll be responsible for managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects and converting enquiries into appointments across their live developments.
