Tasks

-Help new team members develop and learn new skills safely -Assisting with electrical and plumbing crossovers -Partner with the Crew Chief to understand what needs to be done for the day -Assisting with bonding wires and repair bottom board -Installing vapor barriers, which we will train new hires on

What You Bring

-You are comfortable with heights (and using a ladder) and crawl spaces and can lift up to 50 lbs. -Learn how to and become comfortable with leveling and bolting floors and walls, anchoring walls, and other specific, technical tasks -You enjoy working with your hands and being outdoors. -You are proficient with hand/power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and an impact wrench. -Basic masonry work -The ability to learn high quality technical skills while supporting a great team. -You have general construction experience. -Work to quickly and independently own various construction tasks needed to set up the home such as…
