Pursuit Coordinator

Tasks

-Uphold brand and editorial standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all proposal documents. -Lead the collection, curation, and organization of proposal content, including project narratives, resumes, and other collateral. -Support the writing and editing of non-technical content to ensure proposals are persuasive, accurate, and aligned with Arcadis’ messaging and tone. -Develop detailed proposal schedules, manage internal deadlines, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the submission process. -Coordinate and collaborate with pursuit leads, technical professionals, and design/communications teams to develop high-quality proposal responses. -Maintain CRM systems, and pursuit data to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. -Complete final submission logistics, close-out processes, and ongoing content refinement. -Analyze and respond to incoming procurement documents (RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, SOQs, etc.), ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed.

What You Bring

-Experience with proposal or technical writing. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Strong understanding of RFP requirements and the ability to tailor content accordingly. -Minimum of 2 years of experience in a proposal or marketing role within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry. -A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline -Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator). -A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline -Familiarity with CRM platforms and content management tools.
