Achieving process parameters, body quality & line cycle time for BiW lines including spot welding, sealant / dispensing, roller hemming, material handling & basic vision application
Managing and monitoring projects throughout the whole execution period until FAC
Managing supplier resources (robot programmers) to deliver line buy-off KPls.
Responsible for on-site robot debugging (including robot system commission, functional program module writing, process debugging and problem handling). Exposure of working with Automotive customers is an added advantage.

A minimum Of 6-10 years Of working experience.
Knowledge on DeviceNet, Ethernet, Profinet network protocol setup
Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical/CSE/Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation/Mechatronics) open for Diploma too.
Experience within a similar role in the automation industry is desirable
Good knowledge in spot welding, MIG welding, material handling, sealing, palletizing, roller hemming applications, Robot I/O setup
Vision system measurement and maintenance, and be able to complete a new model introduction robot simulation independently
