Tasks
-Supervise and review consultant work. -Perform engineering design and redesign or review of plumbing, piping, fire protection systems and heating and ventilating systems for new and rehabilitation construction projects. These projects may involve needed design changes for mechanical systems of existing facilities that can present complex problems in order to be compatible with the plans for existing building structures. -Perform the full range of supervisory duties. -Prepare mechanical specifications, mechanical estimates and studies for energy conservation for the mechanical design projects.
