What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent or Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects ranging from $40M to over $100M. This is a long-term role with a highly regarded general contractor that does not build anything under $20M. -K-12 project experience strongly preferred -Successfully completed at least 3 ground-up jobs over $40M -Strong experience with scheduling and master planning -Drive results across multiple phases from groundbreaking to closeout -OSHA 30 and working knowledge of field technology (Procore, MS Project, etc.) -6–7+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects
