Tasks

-Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff and drivers while promoting a safety-first culture. -Vendor and Staff Liaison: Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and customers to ensure seamless operations. -Manage Fleet and Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of trucks, forklifts, and other essential equipment. -Safety and Compliance: Champion safe work practices and compliance with policies and procedures. -Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers. -Warehouse and Delivery Oversight: Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
