Lead sales operations for Brickworks in Townsville & Cairns, driving revenue and team performance.

Tasks
-Promote strong relationships with dealers, distributors and major accounts -Participate in the development of sales policy, including product line and pricing recommendations -Prepare regular and ad hoc sales reports for management -Lead business development in Townsville and provide oversight in Cairns -Recruit, train and develop sales staff to meet performance objectives -Perform estimating and general sales duties as required -Ensure effective use of CRM systems for managing contacts and opportunities -Monitor and support product launches, promotions, advertising and merchandising activities -Manage the day-to-day activities of the Townsville and Cairns sales teams -Resolve customer complaints and issues within required timeframes -Champion safety and support a strong WHS culture -Control the sales organisation and product distribution across North QLD -Direct, motivate, and evaluate the performance of internal and external sales teams -Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets -Prepare contracts and supervise customer agreements -Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns

What You Bring
-Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems -Preferred tertiary qualifications in business, sales or a related field -Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership, preferably within the building or construction industry -Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies. -Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills -Willing to undertake regular travel to Cairns
