Tasks
-Enforce safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. -Manage subcontractors, scheduling, safety, quality, and site coordination. -Lead all daily field operations on ground-up commercial projects from start through closeout. -Build positive, long-term relationships with clients, trade partners, and design teams. -Conduct daily and weekly subcontractor meetings and prepare detailed progress updates. -Review drawings and specifications for constructability and field accuracy. -Oversee punch lists, inspections, and project turnover documentation. -Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction. -Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Houston, TX area. -Strong understanding of structural, MEP, and finish sequences for public-sector work. -OSHA 30 certification preferred. -Proven success managing ground-up projects $10M–$20M, ideally in civic, institutional, or faith-based construction (fire stations, churches, municipal, schools). -Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred).
