Tasks
We are looking for Key Account Manager, responsible for contacting potential clients, driving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners. Manage sales team and have excellent market knowledge. -Liaising with various departments for Sales , marketing , Logistics, Finance etc. -Driving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners to grow the Sales for Home Appliances category. -Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets -Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and future forecasts and make recommendations for improvement -To manage key account’s sell-out and stock in a predetermined level and take necessary actions. -Communicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance -Analyze the effectiveness of product displays and suggest improvements based on customer engagement and sales data. -Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services -Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction -Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost the key account’s in-house share. -Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, MBA will be advantageous -Experience developing and managing a sales team -Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets -Problem Solving -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills -Excellent market knowledge -5 Plus years of key account management within Home Appliances/ Consumer electronics industry. -Ability to work independently and with a team -Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
