Tasks

-Dynamically assess risks upon arrival at each site and adapt work practices accordingly. -Support colleagues and assist in training and mentoring where required. -Operate Class 2 Jet Vac and vacuum tankers to clean, clear, and maintain drainage systems. -Represent Quest Waste Management professionally at all times, upholding company values and standards. -Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including correct PPE use, safe site setups, and manual handling techniques. -Report any defects, hazards, or equipment issues promptly to management. -Safely operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to remove blockages and restore flow. -Carry out diagnostics, minor repairs, and inspections of drains and related infrastructure. -Travel to residential, commercial, and industrial sites as part of a two-person team to deliver high-quality service. -Conduct daily vehicle checks, maintain vehicle stock levels, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use. -Record job details accurately using company systems and equipment. -Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients on-site.

What You Bring

-Keen interest in drainage, waste management, or related utilities sectors. -Strong teamwork and communication skills. -Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 penalty points). -Practical, hands-on attitude with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. -Basic IT skills and a positive approach to learning new systems and processes. -Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain). -Driver CPC (required) -Tachograph Card (required)
