Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview

Handle AR tasks: cash application, reconcile accounts, customer communication, and reporting.

Tasks

-Research payment issues. -Organizes and works with customers, NAT, Billing, and within team. -Resolve AR Aging and Cash Unapplied items. -Processes Credits/Write-Offs where needed/necessary. -Calling customers daily to follow up on invoices coming up due, past due, or for details of payment information. -Review and reconcile accounts. -Assist with special projects and tasks related to cash.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. -Experience with PowerBi (not required but a plus). -Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite of products. -Ability to solve problems and research issues. -Accounting degree (not required but a plus). -Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively. -Strong Excel Skills.
