Senior Scheduler

Overview

Manage and maintain integrated master schedules for defence projects using Open Plan.

Tasks

-Identification of potential risks, issues and opportunities in regards to project schedules -Revise and update where necessary the Open Plan Professional (OPP) Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) so that they are in-line with appropriate industry standards including DEF (AUST) 5664 -Mentoring advice and assistance to CASG project management personnel in relation to the use of current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies. -Assist in the development and maintenance of CASG project Integrated Master Schedules across multiple Projects. -Preparation of schedule reports (including cartoon schedules) for estimates (bi-annually) and reporting meetings (PPRIP; HoG; Project Performance Review; and MPGR monthly meetings).

What You Bring

-Demonstrated competence and experience in using the Open Plan Professional (OPP) tool (Essential); -Demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 3 Advanced Practitioner or above (Essential); -Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate an ability to meet demanding milestones (Desirable); -Experience developing, maintaining and reporting on CASG schedules (Desirable); -AU Working rights and Security Clearance required.
