What You Bring
-Ability to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasks -Painting and drywall patching experience -Extensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience -Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting -Extensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixtures -Extensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Certification Required) -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -CPO Certifications and hands on pool maintenance experience -Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage -4+ years' experience in maintenance including 3+ years' experience in multifamily housing -Basic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi) -Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipes -Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents
