Able to travel approximately 40% (local and long distance between Austin and Phoenix); adheres to PPE and on-site safety protocols.
15+ years of architectural experience with substantial construction administration and land-planning exposure in multifamily residential.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Exhibits strong communication, documentation, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Deep knowledge of building systems, assemblies, and multifamily codes, including IBC, FHA accessibility, NFPA, and applicable energy codes.
Demonstrates expertise reading and coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents.
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam Studio, and/or Newforma; working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
