Tasks

-Foster strong working relationships with CBRE and client staff. -Maintain Heating & Air-Conditioning systems to exceed expectations. -Promote a safe, healthy, and professional working environment. -Ensure compliance with L8 standards for Evaporative Cooling and Domestic Water Systems. -Diagnose and repair plant faults swiftly to maintain serviceability. -Maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, and cooling towers. -Maintain comprehensive records and ensure safe working practices.

What You Bring

-Understanding of health & safety in maintenance. -Calm under pressure and decisive. -Health & safety training (desirable). -Familiarity with building management systems (advantageous). -Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. -Certification in Evaporative Cooling Systems (desirable). -Must be able to attend site within one hour for out-of-hours call-outs. -Formal training in mechanical services maintenance. -Solid basic education with strong English and Maths skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication. -Experience on client-resident sites (desirable).
