Tasks

-Assist in compiling and organizing compliance documentation. -Support compliance data management and reporting. -Contribute to ongoing projects related to measurement compliance and reporting. -Format PDF only (no Word, Google Docs, or separate files) -Support the team with administrative and technical tasks as needed. -Analyze and interpret reports generated from software platforms. -Liaise with the IMEC Core software platform for data capture and measurement reporting.

What You Bring

-Enrolled in an undergraduate program such as Engineering, Finance, or Measurement Compliance-related studies. -Comfortable learning new systems and working with data. -Complete a Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug test if the role is considered safety sensitive. -Be legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid work permit). -Adaptable and resourceful, with a strong ability to collaborate. -Highly organized with strong attention to detail. -Be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and available from May to August. -A critical thinker with problem-solving skills. -Applications that are not submitted as one combined PDF may be considered incomplete. -Proficient in spreadsheets (building, reading, analyzing). -Determined, resilient, and driven to see tasks through. -Recent Transcripts (official or unofficial)
