Overview

Coordinate and produce client-focused bid submissions for construction projects.

Tasks

-Ensure submissions are consistent with brand standards and tailored to client requirements. -Work closely with the Preconstruction team to ensure submissions are well-researched, compelling, and meet deadlines. -Collate technical input, develop written responses, and manage the overall bid process from start to finish. -Support the creation of marketing materials such as capability statements and CVs. -Maintain and develop company templates, project case studies, and a library of high-quality content. -Coordinate and produce client-focused, well-structured submissions including PQQs, cost plans, tenders, and presentations. -Visit project sites to gather content and update internal databases.

What You Bring

-Strong writing, editing, and research skills with a good eye for detail. -Organised, methodical, and proactive with strong time management. -Open to feedback and continuous improvement. -Proven experience coordinating and writing bids or proposals. -Confident communicator, both written and verbal. -Excellent IT skills - proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe InDesign. -Familiarity with bid portals and document production. -Effective team player with a collaborative mindset. -Ideally educated to degree level. -Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.
