The Role

Overview

Assist senior cost managers, create MEP cost estimates, lead teams, and manage client relationships.

Tasks

-Impart training to the Leaders & other team members. -Actively partner with clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time and should be able to take the responsibility of multiple packages in the projects. -Support team with estimation and reviewing the overall MEP scope of work. -Assist the Senior Cost Manager’s in drafting proposals for the upcoming projects and various submission activities. -Actively participate in implementing the QA/QC plan -Actively help support Sales and Marketing -Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership -Create estimates and cost plans for MEP Packages for key client developments. -Be able to support the team as and when necessary. -Contribute in developing good client relationships that support the Business. -Handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones. -Actively lead in the preparation of Quantification Take Offs for Cost Plans / BoQs -Participate in drafting proposals to Clients. -Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value. -Contribute to developing good client relationships that supports the business.

What You Bring

-Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline. -Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in overseas projects. -Have a minimum of 5 years in the field of Quantification Take Offs -Have a minimum of 3 years of past work experience required on Cost X (or Planswift / Cubicost / Candy / ZW CAD). -Have experience in managing large teams. -Have a minimum 8 years of experience in cost management especially in global pre cons works, ideally from a consultancy background, on large scale construction projects ideally in data centre projects and life sciences project. -Proficient in Client interactions and focussing on Client relationship building. -Ability to have innovation and solution-oriented approaches. -Express strong knowledge of Indian and basic knowledge of Procurement of global projects. -Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing. -Have experience and confidence to lead a team, build a team and develop trusted client relationships. -Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun . -Express high proficiency in MEP packages and moderate knowledge of CSA works. -Express proficiency in Standard Modes of Measurements. -Express high proficiency in Cost X & databooks.
