Diagnose, repair, install, and troubleshoot product issues for Gunton Corporation.

Tasks

-Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer, including time of visit. -Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts. -Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer. -Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status. -Install products and accessories as required to complete service on first attempt. Employ all necessary measures to overcome challenges that hinder job completion, including all heights. -Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well-organized, maintained, and professional vehicle. -Maintain accurate, neat, and organized paperwork, including timecards and service orders.
