Tasks

-Managing room assignments, availability, and group activities -Generating and distributing daily reports -Balancing your cash bank and keeping it secure -Handling guest requests, complaints, and special needs with confidence and care -Following all policies for payment, credit, and cash handling -Warmly welcoming and checking in guests according to Marriott standards -Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience -Stay calm under pressure and keep a positive attitude -Answering calls with professionalism (within 3 rings!) -Processing accurate check-outs and payments
