Manage and deliver renewable energy projects at Ealing Hospital, overseeing design, budget, safety.

Tasks

-Developing technical specifications, calculations, electrical designs and drawings used in a variety of projects -Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments -Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans -Inputting into the preparation of HAZOP studies -Defuse tension among project team -Attend site meetings and produce contract status reports -Carrying out relevant equipment selection for projects -Produce health and safety plans with overall responsibility for site health and safety, ensuring that all statutory obligations relating to health, safety and environment are met and where possible exceeded -Work effectively as a team member and help build relationships within it. Proactively help and support others to achieve team goals -Producing things such as power cable calculations, C&I cabling specifications, cable & interconnection schedule projection and electrical building service designs -Manage all aspects of the contract(s) with the aid of Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Planning -Approve and maintain construction programmes.

What You Bring

-Full UK manual driving licence -Take personal responsibility for making things happen and achieving results. Demonstrate motivation, commitment, perseverance and conscientiousness. Ability to effectively prioritise and carry out tasks in a high-pressure environment -Health & Safety Qualification such as SMSTS, IOSH etc. -HNC / HND or Degree qualification in an engineering subject essential. -Experience in managing projects -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
