Administers and supports Hexagon software applications, handling tickets and system maintenance.

Tasks

-Lead and participate in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring -Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications -Collaborate and interact with various stakeholders including the ICT team -Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned -Undertake integration between various systems using available API's and web services -Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications -Manage your assigned ticket queue. -Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor and proprietary technical issues -Work on and close out tickets in the Hatch Zendesk System -Provision of 1st Level Application Support. For example, user administration or project set-up issues -Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions -Provide technical support Hexagon software components in a complex mission critical environment -Adhere to standards and processes for systems in Hatch -Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology occurrences to benefit the business -Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods -Lead and participate in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches and new releases -Maintain application configuration documentation

What You Bring

-Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools -3 years hands-on experience in application administration and operational systems support (day to day operations including installation, upgrade, configuration, trouble shooting, debugging, patching) -Willing to work after hours as part of a global team -Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Information Technology field -Experience with at least one of the following Hexagon platforms: -Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications -Excellent verbal, written communication and ability to work well with others -Experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness -Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of education, training or work experience -Understand software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems -Understand the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems -Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and ability to clearly articulate the concepts to senior management -Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
