Tasks

-Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports -Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities -Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management frameworks -Prepare audit schedules and documentation -Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements to financial performance -Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards (IndAS/IFRS) -Handle tax audits and respond to notices or queries -Lead internal audits and support statutory audit processes (Statutory Audit experience is mandatory) -Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and asset capitalization -Manage direct and indirect tax processes (Income Tax, GST, TDS) -Oversee monthly and annual tax filings and reconciliations -Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting -Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making -Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting
