Part‑time barista delivering coffee & service for Defence sites (11.5 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities

• drink prep
• stock management

• brand representation

Tasks

-Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers -Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates -Keeping the bar area clean -Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers -Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards) -Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image -Complying with Health & Safety regulations -Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs -Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards

What You Bring

-Possess the ability to work under pressure -Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques -Have previous experience in customer service -Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability -Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator -Have Hands-on experience with brewing equipment -Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
