Tasks

-Scheduling and answering questions regarding deliveries for customers. -Keep trucks DOT compliant as well as completing all paperwork daily -Ensuring all customer sales orders are imputed complete and accurate. -Answering the phone and directing calls. -Supervise a team of drivers & loaders -Schedule outgoing freight -Advising customers on inventory levels and pricing. -Maintaining and growing existing customer base through prospecting, sales account development, quoting, and customer follow-up. -Sourcing special order items for our contractors. -Selling building materials to our customers from the customer service counter
