Manage SME lease tenancies, develop and market industrial facilities, and engage stakeholders.

Tasks
You will manage customers’ leases and tenancies within our estates and developments. This includes engaging customers and other relevant stakeholders and finding more efficient ways for them to access JTC’s various infrastructure solutions. You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and micro-SMEs. -conceptualising, developing and marketing new/replacement development projects; and -identifying new development models (e.g. working with private sector entities).

What You Bring
-Strong interpersonal, communication & writing skills, as well as strategic thinking skills -Background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or Technology related disciplines -Ability to work independently and in a team -Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with keen interest in the Real Estate industry and engaging our SMEs/micro-SMEs -Resourceful, problem solver and able to multi-task -Positive attitude and resilient
