Tasks

-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards. -Perform pre-booth quality inspections of equipment to ensure optimal operation. -Keep all work areas—including the paint mixing room, spray booth, and related equipment—clean, organized, and in proper working condition. -Accurately mix paints and stains using MaestroHue and other approved tools or systems. -Consistently meet daily production and quality targets to support site goals. -Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling hazardous materials.

What You Bring

-Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and applicable regulations related to the work environment. -Strong attention to detail with the ability to match stains and paints accurately; must be able to pass a color vision test as required. -Demonstrated aptitude for learning new processes, tools, and techniques. -Basic computer proficiency to perform standard work-related transactions. -1+ years’ experience working with mixing/matching stains and paints. -Ability to understand, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions. -High School Diploma or GED -Effective communication skills suited for a distribution or production setting. -Basic to intermediate mathematical skills, including precise measurement and proportion calculations for mixing colors. -Prior warehouse experience preferred; flexibility to perform warehouse duties as business needs require.
