Overview
On-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of pump equipment.

Tasks
-Bring to the attention of the Service Manager any shop tools, equipment or vehicle that is not in a serviceable condition or unsafe to use. -Performs routine equipment clean-up and upkeep as well as safety review and pre-delivery inspections. -Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems. -Communicates with coworkers and customers to ensure top quality equipment is always available and customer expectation is exceeded. -Completes basic computer tasks including completing work orders, looking up parts, and communicating via email. -Tie workflow to schedule. -Drive to various vendors to acquire parts for assigned repairs . -Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols. -Maintains tools in good working order per MSHA and OSHA regulations. -Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. -Produce timely and detailed service reports. -Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. -Troubleshoots and diagnoses all types of equipment to ensure proper working condition on the job site or in the shop. -Build positive relationships with customers. -Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization. -Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings . -Participate in all training programs directed by Manager. -Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. -Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and adjusts heavy equipment as required and completes all paperwork on the equipment to which the individual is assigned.

What You Bring
-Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment -High School Diploma or GED -Must have own tools. -Position may require several hours of driving daily to job sites. -Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. -Ability to work flexible shifts. -Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. -Proven field service experience -Willing to train and assist other team members with difficult or lengthy repairs. -Exhibit strong teamwork. -Required to travel to various locations for training classes/seminars .
