Deliver accurate project forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting aligned with internal reporting and processes.
Lead contract negotiations and effectively administer contracts ensuring compliance with all relevant stakeholders.
As the project commercial lead, you will regularly report to Skanska UK Steering Committee for the project, responsible for conveying the commercial position of all Skanska UK Affiliate companies working on the project.
Be accountable for change management processes so changes are proactively agreed upstream with Client and downstream with the supply chain, ensuring agreements are evidenced and instructed in accordance with the contract.
Develop and drive the commercial strategy of the Project to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives

Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments including government, public sector, and wider community groups.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in the NEC contract forms and public procurement frameworks.
Proven track record of delivering healthcare mega projects (£200m+) in the UK or Internationally (desirable).
Degree (or equivalent) in commercial, construction management, legal or related discipline (desirable).
Demonstrable experience of managing projects from inception through to completion with a value of between £200m–£1bn+.
