Manage on‑site office in Louisiana, overseeing EPC projects & expanding services

Tasks

-Maintains lasting customer relationships. -Advocate for expansion of services in areas (Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Automation, etc.) -Oversees on-site execution and management of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities -Addresses and resolves project issues with clients -Development of project scopes for proposals -Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across assigned area. -Provides senior level resolution to customer issues. -Ensures assigned teams deliver superior solutions to customers. -Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships. -Facilitate regular project status updates and meetings with client -Coordinate with office PMs and engineering teams to resolve site-specific issues -Provides Audubon leadership with customer -Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies. -Develops and meets revenue and other financial goals for assigned area. -Manage, develop, and recruit additional area execution team members

Requirements

• 5+ years
• multi-discipline
• bs engineering

What You Bring

-Experience Required: Minimum of 5+ years of industry related experience on multi-discipline projects -Education/ Licensure Preferred: BS Engineering
