Senior Project Manager driving business growth and project delivery for ROWE in South Carolina.

Tasks

-Prepare successful proposals and oversee project selection. -Direct engineering tasks, providing quality control and ensure project deliverables. -Lead cross-discipline collaboration at South Carolina office(s) -Oversee project budgets and manage project teams, schedules and staff assignments. -Attend professional workshops, meetings and marketing events (SCDOT, ACEC, ASCE) -Work directly with execute leadership to identify and establish strategic office locations in South Carolina and nearby states. -Mentor junior staff on projects scopes, budgets and staffing plans. -Lead our business development locally to grow our client base and expand services. -Provide direction, supervision and training goals to junior staff. -Maintain project documentation and records. -Identify and develop strategies to secure future work for both small and large-scale projects. -Help identify key hires and build a South Carolina candidate pipeline.

What You Bring

-Detail-oriented and analytically minded. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. -Compassionate and enthusiastic leadership skills -15+ years of civil site or municipal design experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager/Business Development Manager. -South Carolina Professional Engineer License. -Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions. -Experience in site and road design; hydraulic analysis; sanitary sewer and water main design; preparing permits (EGLE, etc.); and bid book and specification development. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively, both in-person and remote -Willingness to travel throughout South Carolina. -Effective communicator -Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation capabilities.
