-Proven track record on complex or secure job sites (e.g., hospitals, occupied buildings, manufacturing) -Valid driver’s license + eligible to work in the U.S. -Confident communicator (Spanish-speaking a plus) -OSHA-certified with strong safety leadership -Comfortable with 50%+ travel -Expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, cold & hot-applied systems -Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving -5+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
