Drive sales, develop accounts, and design security solutions for industrial/commercial clients.

Tasks
-Creates customer proposals and presentations using company standards and promotional marketing materials -Cross-sells with vendors and manufacturing partners -Presenting Kenny Electric’s products and services at seminars, tradeshows and other events -Works with management to develop sales department objectives and supports other team members towards those objectives -Makes multiple calls per week to new and existing accounts -Assists field and office staff with technical questions -Participates in industry associations -Performs some estimating for projects and client requests using established company standards. -Delivers detailed Turnovers to the Operations Department to handoff all acquired information, specifications, and customer design changes once the opportunity is awarded -Develops new business across all verticals -Assists customers with system design and budgeting -Processing customers' orders using established company standards -Develops sales strategies -Helps define and implement sales and marketing efforts with appropriate management -Maintains and grows existing end-user relationships -Attends industry training and education sessions -Complying with all Kenny Electric Service safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment -Contacts prospective and established customers on a regular basis to promote Kenny Electric's products and services

What You Bring
-Must be able to design and create proposals, conceive and present focused solutions to the customer -Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles -Able to get to customer job sites -Understands and utilizes construction documents that cover but are not limited to Security, Technology, Low-Voltage, and General specifications and drawings -Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Security industry -Working knowledge of Owners, Engineers, Architects, and General Contractors -Able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead -Must be computer literate, proficient in estimating software, Power Point, Excel, Word a must -Demonstrated experience selling Access Control, Video Surveillance systems, and intrusion detection and services -Able to walk and stand for long periods of time -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Possess good vision (normal or corrected) -Good working relationships with customers and coworkers; maintain ethical work standards
