The Role
Overview
Create on‑brand content, coordinate events, manage CRM, support marketing & communications.

Tasks
-Apply brand standards across all materials; contribute to graphics, writing, and proofreading for internal/external campaigns, advertising, and PR. -Carefully proof assigned tasks to ensure high‑quality, brand‑consistent communications and compliant submittals. -Participate in client meetings, marketing planning, and presentation planning as requested; prepare supporting materials -Maintain CRM data (clients, consultants, personnel, mailing lists) and content libraries (boilerplate, project data, new colleague experience). -Engage in industry events to build knowledge, relationships, and SSR’s professional image. -Help plan and execute special events for clients and internal programs; support onboarding tasks (business cards, resumes). -Schedule meetings, calls, site visits, and presentation planning sessions to coordinate marketing/BD activities. -Support social media scheduling and campaigns at the direction of the communications team. -Share workload and expertise with marketing teammates to meet deadlines; assist with collateral and data for BD strategies.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing databases; able to maintain accurate contact, project, and collateral records. -Understanding of marketing, branding, advertising, and business communications in an AE environment. -Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign). -A four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, PR/Advertising, or a related field -Customer‑focused collaborator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable coordinating vendors and events. -Clear writing, editing/proofing accuracy, and attention to detail; confident presentation skills and speech clarity.
