What You Bring

-Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development. -UAE National with a Family Book. -Specialized training in employment law and preventive labor relations is an advantage -Minimum 2 years in Human Resources Business Partner and recruitment positions. -Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – e.g. Workday. -A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business. A master’s degree is an advantage. -Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills. -A high level of written and verbal communication skills, in English and Arabic
