-Represent the company in executive-level client meetings and joint venture discussions -Establish and implement construction standards, procedures, and best practices company-wide -Oversight of multiple large-scale, complex design-build and EPC projects across the U.S. -Provide executive-level direction to Project Executives, Superintendents, and project teams -Collaborate with design, procurement, and preconstruction for seamless project delivery -Ensure safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence on all active sites
