The Role
Overview
Manage customer relationships and drive sales in power/data center market.

Tasks
-Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets. -Visits customers and conducts manufacturing facility tours as needed. -Identifies and pursues new sales opportunities within existing accounts, as well as prospective customers. -Provides regular reports on account performance, sales pipeline, and market trends to management. -Analyzes sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develops strategies to drive growth. -Prepares and presents proposals to current and prospective customers, negotiates pricing, and closes deals to meet or exceed sales goals. -Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant account information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management system . -Escalates internal obstacles to management to ensure customer expectations are met.

What You Bring
-Ability to travel 10%, sometimes on short notice. -Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions. -Three years of related professional selling experience. -Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related discipline, or equivalent education and experience. -Proficient in Customer Relationship Management software and data analysis tools. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels. -Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of engineered components. -Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
