Tasks

-Maintain quality, this individual will monitor the model health and coordination processes of the project, from the planning phase thru issue of construction documents -Ensure the team has the appropriate software, versions, access, and training needed to execute the project requirements -Execute these tasks with minimal oversight by the Digital Delivery Leads and provide guidance to project team members -Monitor and maintain company standards and model health -Establish the document management system and maintain the server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects -Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the complete lifecycle of projects -Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) -Manage the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project -Engage in close and effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clients -Begin the project initiation procedure, establishing the server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables outlined in the project scope -Work directly with the Project Manager to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP), while managing the deliverables outlined within -Project archiving at submittals and closeout -Generate and maintain model setup including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, sheets, and general models, to accommodate the disciplines and project requirements -Communicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange process at predetermined milestones -Provide technical support, while communicating the deliverable schedule to the project team -Host Digital Delivery coordination meetings with the project team to ensure optimal quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes

-Superior client service, communication, and presentation skills are essential -Have an advanced understanding of how all disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced -Advanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication tools -Familiar with content creation and management concepts -Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of technical support -Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems -Familiar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications -Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience -Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure -Familiar with basic automation and programming applications for efficiencies -Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools -A minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 3 years digital delivery (model management) experience -Familiar with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications
