Tasks

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Assistant to help Exergy3 run efficiently and effectively in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the company, while also assisting the CEO and CCO with executive-level administration, including diary management, travel coordination, and expenses. This is a varied, fast-paced position within a growing cleantech company, ideal for someone looking to develop their career in cross-functional business support functions. -Provide central business support to leadership and delivery teams, supporting management of back-office systems and associated contracts, company policy, processes, documentation, travel, and facilities and general administration. -Play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of Exergy3. -Coordinate and prepare materials, logistics, catering, travel, and accommodation for staff and Executive or Board guests, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. -Administration of support services including facilities, HR, procurement, IT systems, financial processes and general administration in accordance with industry best practice. -Create a positive and organised work environment in a fast-paced and evolving startup setting. -Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and value for money. -Support executives with administrative tasks, expenses, and ad hoc initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

-High attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before they arise. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. -Experience collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. -Proven experience as business support or administrative role. -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams). -Professional, engaging, and proactive approach to problem-solving. -Compressed Hours (35 hr/week).
