Overview

Lead and manage $1M‑$50M engineering projects in measurement & analytics.

Tasks

-Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, regularly sharing lessons learned. -Lead the project team with clear guidance, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback. -Coordinate contract negotiations and material procurement in collaboration with the supply chain. -Negotiate project amendments and changes. -Oversee the development of project plan documents regarding scope, budget, schedule, and risk management. -Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Monitor each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in cost control, resource use, risk management, and health, safety, and environment. -Manage all aspects of the project in accordance with customer requirements and ensure all technical, safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.

What You Bring

-At least 5 years of experience in project or team management (with concrete achievements), including international experience. -A collaborative, solution-oriented attitude and strong communication skills, both oral and written. -French is required. English is necessary for regular communication with clients outside Quebec. -Strong analytical, risk management, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -Business acumen, a good understanding of customer needs, and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
