Tasks

-Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or meeting rooms. -Handle client inquiries and requests, directing them to the appropriate staff when necessary. -Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. -Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. -Assist with setting up meetings, including coordinating materials and refreshments. -Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. -Take and deliver accurate messages in a timely manner. -Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and welcoming. -Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. -Ensure visitor check-in procedures are followed and maintain security protocols.

This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient environment while ensuring smooth daily operations. The receptionist is responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients, handling some administrative duties. -Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. -Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff at all levels. -Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. -Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues effectively and independently when required. -Customer Service: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. -Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a professional services setting. -Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other office technologies. -Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training preferred.
