The Role

Overview

Implement and support CoStar Real Estate Manager: setup, data migration, training, testing.

Tasks

-Serve in a consultative role with client to advise on best practices where appropriate -Work directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation. -Configure the client’s system and coordinate development work with other internal resources, -Supports requirements gathering and documentation of requirements. -Work on multiple implementation and consulting projects simultaneously. -Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements -Responsible for system testing and assisting in the client’s user acceptance testing. -Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. -Provide technical and functional UAT and Go Live support for clients. -Train or coordinate training for client users. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.

What You Bring

-Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. -Proven pro-active team player and self-starter with the ability to drive decisions and consensus, and to resolve issues. -1+ years of related work experience. -Effective written and oral communication skills in order to liaise between the user community, executive sponsors and the technical team. -Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College. -Experience with MS SQL Server. -Expertise with MS Office. -Excellent presentation skills and polished/professional demeanor. -A track record of commitment to prior employers.
