Cocktail Server

Overview

Provide friendly cocktail service in lobby and terrace, handling orders and guest needs.

Tasks

-Picks up and delivers orders to appropriate guests within prescribed time limits, ensuring accuracy of the order -Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner. -Complies with all health and safety regulations. -Execute Ladder 13's Steps of Service for the lobby and outdoor terrace areas. -Timely and accurately input the guest's orders into Toast (our POS). -Listens and responds to guest’s needs. -Read the guest(s), approach when appropriate, offer additional rounds (in accordance with Training). -Understand the patron/guest's needs and suggestively sell from a base of mastering the beverage and food menu (we train for this). -Perform side duties ensuring opening and closing and service flow is supported with all needed materials in the right place, at the right time. -Assist bartenders or other servers as needed.
